Hackney RFC Bursary Scheme
Hackney RFC is an inclusive, respectful community.
We’re hugely passionate about the game, and about the impact involvement with the game and the club can have on the lives of our members. It’s important to us that we offer the opportunity to be involved to as many people as possible, regardless of any obstacles.
That is why we have a bursary scheme, granting full and half bursaries to those who are not in a position to pay the membership fee. Each bursary lasts for one full season, running from September to April.
To apply simply complete the form, which can be accessed here. Then send it to junior.bursaries@hackneyrfc.co.uk
What happens next?
We have a limited number of bursaries available. A committee, who only see the forms with any personal or identifying information removed, makes the decision. No information provided will be shared with any third parties, and no one involved in the process will discuss it outside of the relevant committee.
